Students are evaluated in order to determine their needs (learning specifics, language needs, etc.). Support staff work directly with students and class teachers to ensure students are best catered to. Teachers implement differentiation within regular classes, and offer extra classes so as to best accommodate students learning needs and styles. Students who need academic support (temporary or long-term) are offered one-to-one classes or in small groups.
