1. Acceptance

By using WhereNext ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

WhereNext provides data-driven country rankings and relocation intelligence based on publicly available institutional data from the World Bank, WHO, IMF, OECD, Open-Meteo, and other official sources.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Country scores, cost estimates, and visa information should not be treated as financial, legal, or immigration advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making relocation decisions.

3. Accounts

You may use WhereNext without an account. Creating an account enables simulation saving and Pro features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Pro Subscriptions

• Pro plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refund requests within the first 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Data Accuracy

WhereNext aggregates data from institutional sources believed to be reliable. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all data points. Data is refreshed periodically, and some metrics may reflect historical observation periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically download data from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute WhereNext data or reports without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

WhereNext is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
