The Lycée Français René Cassin d'Oslo welcomes children between the ages of 3 and 18. We offer a wide range of scientific, sporting and cultural activities, in an inclusive, international environment of academic excellence and rigor. Our students also learn Norwegian and English in the early years, followed by German and Spanish from middle school onwards. They follow the official French curriculum and prepare for national exams such as the Diplôme National du Brevet and the Baccalauréat – recognized worldwide. They then have all the keys they need to continue their studies at the best universities.

Implementation of an Individualised Learning Plan (PAP) for dys/gifted/ADHD students (after diagnosis) Adjustments to lessons and examinations based on identified issues, particularly learning difficulties. E.g.: extra time, adjustments to documents, loan of computers with adapted software. Adjustments also made to noise levels in cases of autism/noise-related disruption (headphones permitted). We also adjust the timetable for certain pupils according to their needs (autism, school phobia, etc.).
Yes, we offer a personalized support to children with special learning needs, and some of them attend class with their own learning support assistant. We also have a speech therapist in the school.
