About Olinca International School
At Instituto Educativo Olinca, we are proud to be Mexico’s first IB school, seamlessly integrating the IB continuum (PYP, MYP, and Diploma) with the Cambridge International curriculum to serve children aged 1.5 to 19. As the pioneering Cambridge Early Years Center in Mexico, we lay a strong foundation through play-based learning, fostering curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking from an early age. This approach not only promotes holistic development but also prepares our students to excel academically and socially as they advance through their educational journey. In Primary, our constructivist, inquiry-based education continues to build on this foundation. We offer a bilingual curriculum in English and Spanish, meeting international standards with Cambridge’s curriculum of Maths, Science, and Global Perspectives alongside the PYP. As students transition to middle and high school, we expand their horizons with French as an additional language, enriching their linguistic skills

Questions to ask the school
- What level of English is required for entry, and what EAL/ESL support is provided for a child still learning English?
- Can you support a child with my child's specific need (e.g. dyslexia, ADHD, autism), and have you done so this year? Ask for concrete examples.
- Is there an additional fee for learning support or EAL — and how much per year?
- Is learning support guaranteed for the full enrolment, or can it be withdrawn later?
