About Colegio Lomas Hill
Lomas Hill supports and cultivates a positive relationship between the students, the teachers and parents based on mutual respect. These relationships are the heart of the community, allowing students from diverse backgrounds to bring their personal ideas, cultures and experiences into the classroom and onto the campus. We are committed to provide each child with personalized attention, ensuring they receive the academic, social and emotional support they need to be successful. As well as delivering social and emotional learning classes throughout the school, our psychopedagogy team meets with each child’s teachers at least five times per year to discuss their progress and identify the best ways to support their learning.

Students follow the IB PYP and MYP through to the end of Grade 9. They complete the PYP Exhibition in Grade 5 and the MYP Community Project in Grade 9. As the school is from Kinder 1 to Grade 9, there are no external examinations.

We run an inclusion programme so that children with special learning needs are supported in school by a therapeutic companion. The therapeutic companion works closely with class teachers to ensure the academic programme is accessible for the child. The psychopedagogy department works closely with the teachers, companions and families to ensure the support provided is suitable for the child and meets the child's developing needs.
