Our external examination results compare favourably to UK and global averages and are a testament to the hard work of our students. In 2023, 54% of our IGCSE cohort achieved grades 9-7, more than double the UK average. Our A Level students, meanwhile, earned 61% A*-B grades, 10% above the UK average.

BSK provides an inclusive learning environment for learners in all year groups through careful support both in and out of the classroom.
BSK does not have a specific SEND department. During the application process the school works closely with prospective students and their families in order to ensure appropriate provision is available to address any identified needs.
Support for students who need to develop their fluency in English is provided through carefully differentiated lessons and, where required, small group extraction. Our teachers work closely with students and their families to support strong language acquisition.
Our school day starts at 7:30 each day. – At the end of each school day students from Reception to Year 5 can be collected from 14.20, with Years 6 to 8 finishing at 14.30 and Years 9-13 at 14.40.
Students in Reception to Year 5 bring their own lunches from home. A healthy lunchbox delivery service is also offered. Students in Years 6 to 13 have the option of using the school canteen or can bring their own lunches.
