About Wellington College International Hangzhou
The Wellington Values are courage, respect, integrity, kindness and responsibility. These values continue to underpin the conversations we have with pupils, the messages we give in assemblies, and are embedded at the heart of our rewards and sanctions at the College. They encapsulate how we want Wellingtonians to be. Whereas the Wellington Values are sought in Wellingtonians before they even join the College and will be reinforced and communicated throughout their time as pupils here. We hope that as they leave the College as Old Wellingtonians, all our pupils will be role models of these five characteristics, which describe the Wellington identity.
