The food service is carried out by the Catergest company and is carried out with its own kitchen, made with fresh products from local suppliers. The design of the menu for each stage is prepared by a nutritionist from the supplier company and quarterly is communicated to families with a recommendation for dinners based on the midday meal. The dining concept is half board. Includes lunch with a first course, two main courses to choose from and dessert, and a mid-afternoon snack for Infant School and Primary, and a mid-morning snack for Secondary School and Baccalaureate. In these last stages, students have the option of the SALAD BAR, which is a salad buffet to encourage the habit of eating vegetables with 14 ingredients to choose from. There are three dining rooms in the school: • Nursery school canteen: 30 seats • Infant School Education Dining Room 120 places • Canteen for Primary, Secondary and Baccalaureate: 400 seats. Character: mandatory for all students. The SEK-Alborán School Food Service has the Quality Certificate according to the EN-ISO 9002:1994 Standard and the Environmental Quality Certificate according to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard.
