The Global Relocation Index scores countries across seven dimensions with weighted, confidence-adjusted normalization. The underlying 27-source set includes World Bank ICP, UNDP HDI, IEP Global Peace Index, OECD PISA, and EF EPI. These references correspond to the named institutional sources used in the index, not to a private survey or an undisclosed score.
Purchasing power, cost indicators, and national statistical data.
Peace, governance, and homicide indicators.

PISA scores, school life expectancy, and tertiary enrollment.
Labour participation, purchasing power, and business conditions.

WhereNext's composite scores and original compilations are licensed under CC BY 4.0. That permits copying, redistribution, and adaptation with attribution. We publish dateModified only after a substantive source review or refresh. Rendering a page, changing a link, or copying a citation does not advance the date; when a comparable newer edition is unavailable, the prior source date remains visible and the limitation is retained.
