Delete your account
This action is immediate and irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Account & auth: Your email, login credentials, and session cookies.
- Relocation cases: All saved cases, including answers, scores, and case state.
- Generated reports: Decision Briefs, Tax Briefs, School Fit Briefs — PDFs and cached generation data.
- Workspace items: Shortlists, saved searches, simulations, and watchlist alerts.
- Purchase history: Anonymised in Stripe (we delete our user-side records; Stripe retains the financial transaction record per their own policy and applicable tax law).
Before you delete
- Download any reports you want to keep from your workspace first — we cannot recover them.
- Active subscriptions are not auto-cancelled. Cancel via Stripe's customer portal first if you have one.
- For deletion of historical financial records held by Stripe, email privacy@getwherenext.com within 30 days of account deletion.
